Meeting the Ready by 21 Challenge

Year-End Summit

We are writing to invite you, members of your team and your network to participate in the Ready by 21 Year-End Summit. A time to celebrate, focus and move!

At this summit we will:

Take Stock – of the great work done, accomplishments achieved and changes made to improve the odds for youth this year – across the entire community of Petaluma.

Take Aim – work together to confirm where we want to focus next to keep strengthening the safety net and providing opportunities for children and youth.

Take Action – motivate and mobilize to build our collective capacity and access the resources we know we need to ensure that all children and youth can thrive, connect, learn, work and lead.

The Ready by 21 Challenge is not a program or project. It is vision for how this community can and is ensuring that all children have what they need to succeed by the time they are 21. It is a shift in the way we are doing business. And it is happening. We need your participation to take it to the next level.
